About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries and providing support and guidance as needed
  • Respond to online chat inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in accordance with blithequark's standards and guidelines
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, thinking critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues
  • Show flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period
  • Be committed to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, with cable/fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • Be proficient in moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual skills, a plus
