Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Inside Sales Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark in Mohnton, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide administrative support to our Director of Operations and assist our Sales Support team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, including maintaining weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files
  • Assist the Sales Support team in completing onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
  • Monitor and support manufacturer sales reps and distributors to ensure exceptional customer service and drive business growth
  • Effectively use Microsoft Office to communicate via email, analyze customer data, and maintain accurate records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professional phone and verbal communication, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices, including upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
