Job Summary
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative – Work From Home at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients and members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and members, set appointments, and provide presentations on our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
- Leadership development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and members to build trust and loyalty
- Participate in leadership development and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and members
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
- Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups to build trust and loyalty
- Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
- Ability to maintain good customer relations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
