Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative – Work From Home at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients and members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and members, set appointments, and provide presentations on our benefits
  • Basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
  • Leadership development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and members to build trust and loyalty
  • Participate in leadership development and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and members

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
  • Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups to build trust and loyalty
  • Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain good customer relations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
