Your Role
As a Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in educating clients about our tailored benefit solutions and building long-term relationships with them. Your responsibilities will include:
- Educating Clients on Benefit Solutions: Use your knowledge and expertise to help clients understand the benefits of our solutions and make informed decisions about their financial futures.
- Presenting to Clients on Zoom: Develop your presentation skills and learn how to effectively communicate with clients remotely.
- Developing and Maintaining Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with your clients, and work to develop long-term relationships that will drive sales and revenue growth.
- Managing Client Portfolios: Accurately and professionally manage client portfolios, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support.
- Working Independently as Part of a High-Performing Team: Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve sales and revenue targets, while also working independently to manage your client relationships and portfolios.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients. If you have:
- A High School Diploma or GED: You'll have a solid foundation in basic math and communication skills, which will serve you well in this role.
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: You'll be able to effectively communicate with clients, build trust and rapport, and develop long-term relationships.
- The Ability to Pass a Background Check: You'll need to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
- Self-Motivation and a Desire for Career Growth: You'll be driven to succeed and eager to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Prior Experience in Finance, Sales, or Business (Optional): While not required, prior experience in these areas will be an asset in this role.
