Key Responsibilities
* Extract and consolidate data from various auctions into designated Excel templates
- Distribute auction data via email to internal teams for processing and posting
- Review posted data meticulously to confirm its alignment with original auction records, ensuring comprehensive cross-referencing and verification
- Identify, analyze, and rectify data discrepancies, including complex posting errors
- Collaborate effectively with the posting team to uphold accuracy and provide timely feedback
- Maintain organized records of auction data, posting outcomes, and corrections made
