Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including refunds, replacements, and other solutions.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and company policies.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues to help improve our products and services.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support one another.
