As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are now seeking a skilled and dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our customer service team, working remotely from the comfort of their own home.

About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, responding to a wide range of customer inquiries via chat. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for addressing product-related questions, resolving shipping damage claims, providing order status updates, communicating with vendors, calculating prices, and more. Your goal will be to deliver prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Utilize strong sales acumen to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting our products and services to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products, features, and services
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction targets

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or chat-based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers via chat
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet industry, or related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and chat platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
