About the Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sports information across various ESPN platforms. You will work closely with our data and analytics team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, and you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data systems. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in this role, as you will be working with complex data sets and identifying trends and patterns.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sports information across various ESPN platforms
- Work closely with the data and analytics team to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain the integrity of our data systems, including data entry, data cleaning, and data validation
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in sports or data analysis, preferably in a media or entertainment company
- Knowledge of how sports information is used in media and for research purposes
- Experience with data management tools, such as SQL or data warehousing
- Experience with web development tools, such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages
