Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving customers' concerns or questions relating to orders, accounts, or products in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting customers with navigating blithequark's websites and digital resources.
• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Entering various types of data accurately and efficiently into multiple web-based applications.
• Engaging customers and coworkers with empathy and patience.
• Communicating information in a clear and professional manner.

Compensation and Benefits
