Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth
  • Encouraging a culture that prioritizes delivering a top-tier customer experience, aligning with blithequark's mission
  • Developing a positive team culture by addressing individual and wellbeing issues promptly
  • Implementing adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures among all team members
  • Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
  • Maintaining office and display area standards in line with the brand, ensuring team members comply with blithequark's dress code and training regulations
  • Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training abilities
  • Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships as a well-respected, trusted partner
  • Excellent time management and composed and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
  • Valid driver's license required
