Position Overview

  • Deliver world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist cardmembers with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Understand and communicate blithequark products and services
  • Effectively navigate various systems and databases to locate information
  • Collaborate with colleagues and teams to ensure the best customer experience

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist cardmembers with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Understand and communicate blithequark products and services
  • Effectively navigate various systems and databases to locate information
  • Collaborate with colleagues and teams to ensure the best customer experience
  • Work in a remote, home-based environment and be self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Be flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a remote, home-based environment
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools
  • Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
