Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Data Entry team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. Your strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to efficiently manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

• Accurately and efficiently manage customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing clear, concise, and point-by-point guidelines.
• Perform data entry and examination within various PC applications, including our e-commerce platform (www.blithequark.com).
• Process and investigate orders/solicitations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Essential Qualifications

* Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in grammar and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
