Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, USA. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop high-performance data processing systems using Java, Scala, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Work with data engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and other data infrastructure
- Develop and maintain data processing systems that are scalable, secure, and highly available
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing and system performance
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other technical discussions to ensure high-quality code and design
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our data processing systems
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development and data engineering using Java, Scala, or other relevant technologies
- Experience with data processing systems, data warehouses, and data pipelines
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
