Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of customer operations professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure blithequark remains a leader in benefits administration

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in customer operations, customer service, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration and customer service principles

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a cloud-based technology environment

  • Knowledge of benefits administration software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
