Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
  • Identifying and escalating customer complaints to ensure prompt resolution and prevent future issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with social media and online customer service platforms
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and at least one other language)
