The Role
As a Customer Experience Executive at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and other channels to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Following up on all customer requests to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Assisting customers with after-sales service issues, handling sales orders and exchanges/returns, managing customer complaints, and initiating service recovery.
- Providing customer service insights to the blithequark team to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Liaising with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with our stockist or partners on product delivery and other related matters.
- Handling any other ad-hoc duties as designated by the management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. + At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with Zendesk and Shopify. + Experience in the K-Beauty or fashion industry. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
