Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Automotive Customer Service and Technical Support Representative (Bilingual: French and English), you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels
  • Resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technical developments and innovations in the automotive industry
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Class A Automotive License (310s - Red Seal)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 5 years of automotive experience with repairs and diagnostics
  • Strong aptitude for technical and mechanical repairs
  • Effective diagnostic aptitude, with strong time management skills
  • Strong communication and computer software skills
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
