Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Customer-Facing AI Solutions Expert

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team as a Customer-Facing Data Scientist (CFDS). As a CFDS, you'll be the face of our company, directly interfacing with our partners and customers around the globe to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on our platform. You'll be responsible for building long-term trusted relationships with our customers, understanding their pain points, and solving complex problems across various domains and industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer-Facing Data Scientist (CFDS), you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting directly with customers to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on the blithequark platform
• Conducting and managing data science projects with customers' vision of success in mind in collaboration with their data science teams
• Building long-term trusted relationships with customers to lead them towards success
• Understanding and empathizing with customers' pain points of building AI solutions
• Solving various problems for clients, making an impact across various domains and industries such as Banking, Insurance, Finance, Health, e-commerce, Marketing, Oil & Gas
• Being the face of the company and our AI/ML expertise, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe (together with sales team)
• Understanding the market horizon for innovations in data science and utilizing those to solve customer problems
• Becoming an expert on the blithequark platform and associated tools to teach, enable, and support our customers in building their own applications
• Collaborating with Data Science, Engineers, Product, to design customer's solutions
• Working in a fast-paced environment alongside accomplished engineering, product, and data science team members

Key Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5-10 years of experience solving complex data problems using Machine Learning
• Expertise in ML modeling and Python coding
• Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills; proven ability to partner with enterprise stakeholders
• Preferred prior experience in AI services industry or startup environments; domain experience in finance is a plus
• Generative AI: Applied experience building LLM-based solutions (is a plus) and generative workflows
