Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Automotive Customer Service and Technical Support Representative (Bilingual: French and English), you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels
- Resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Class A Automotive License (310s - Red Seal)
- Valid Driver's License
- 5 years of automotive experience with repairs and diagnostics
- Strong aptitude for technical and mechanical repairs
- Effective diagnostic aptitude, with strong time management skills
- Strong communication and computer software skills
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
