Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via video calls, email, and chat to ensure users have a seamless onboarding experience with our monday.com apps
  • Leading video calls with users to guide them through our apps, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive user experience
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior support teams for resolution
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our monday.com apps and their features

Requirements
