Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional technical assistance via email, phone, Zoom, and chat to ensure customer success
  • Developing deep expertise in the platform and private markets industry to guide users across core product areas
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to private equity clients, strengthening relationships and driving user satisfaction
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
  • Leading onboarding support, conducting client meetings, and assisting with implementation as needed
  • Advocating for customers by sharing feedback to influence product roadmap and feature improvements
  • Handling high-impact support cases independently, managing escalations and maintaining high CSAT scores
  • Supporting team growth by mentoring peers and contributing to an inclusive, knowledge-sharing culture

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, computer science)
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the private markets industry
