Key Responsibilities

As our Customer Experience Executive (Customer Service), you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and other channels
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer complaints and issues
  • Assisting customers with after-sales service issues, handling sales orders, exchanges/returns, and managing customer complaints
  • Providing customer service insights to our team, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer experience
  • Liaising with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery of products
  • Coordinating with our stockists and partners on product delivery and other matters
  • Handling ad hoc duties as designated by our team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk and Shopify, with experience in customer service software and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the K-Beauty and lifestyle industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with the Singapore market and culture, with a strong understanding of local customer preferences and behaviors
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setup, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
