Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

  • Adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar role at blithequark or another company

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
