Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via live chat platforms to address their questions, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional service experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior support staff as needed
  • Provide product and service information to customers, using knowledge of blithequark's offerings to make informed recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, attending training sessions and workshops as needed to maintain expertise
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a chat support or call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat platforms and software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
