Reset and grow LLC seeking a friendly and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team. As a Live Chat Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel inquiries and providing exceptional service via live chat. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries and provide information
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and helpful answers in a timely manner
- Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with live chat software or platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
