What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You'll also be expected to:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Build trust and rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve product and service offerings
  • Continuously improve customer happiness practices and maintain a working knowledge of our client's products and services

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Polish and English B2 communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

While not essential, experience with CRM systems and a background in crypto/finance would be a great plus in this role.
