Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-quality assistance via ticketing systems and live chat, handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (German), you'll be the face of blithequark, advocating for our customers and gathering valuable feedback to ensure exceptional service standards and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Handle high volumes of live chat and phone calls with professionalism and empathy - Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently - Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers - Manage complaints, provide proper solutions, and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality - Go the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships

Requirements

- 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative -

Fluent in English and German

- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts - Strong ability to use IT for professional purposes and handle somewhat technical queries from customers - Exceptional written communication skills and a good listener - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively - Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a big plus - Multi-lingual capability is a big plus
