Responsibilities

As an Experienced Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and chat
• Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Adhering to blithequark's quality standards and customer service principles

Key Skills and Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms

• Knowledge of customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
