Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Merchant Servicing UK Team as a Customer Care Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent levels of service to our merchants, responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone and cases, and offering unique solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional levels of service to blithequark's UK merchants, responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone and cases

  • Respond quickly and accurately to merchant customer questions and issues via phone and cases
  • Own issues to the point of resolution, offering unique solutions to meet merchant needs
  • Manage a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals and to departmental quality standards
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of day-to-day workloads, requiring flexibility and adaptability
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the phone

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Computer literate to an intermediate level
  • Organized, diligent, with attentive listening skills
  • Fast-paced environment of variety of day-to-day workloads
  • Outstanding multi-tasking skills with a flexible approach to daily tasks
  • Problem-solving mindset

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and software
