Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As an Online Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our passengers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via various online communication channels, including email, chat, and social media, with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve customer issues, such as flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, baggage concerns, and more, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on blithequark services, policies, and procedures to assist customers in making informed decisions.
