What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' performance goals are met across all operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally
- Attracting potential customers by answering questions, suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs
- Gathering information from new customers and inserting it into the platform
- Processing and responding to contact requests promptly
- Contributing to creating a commitment to our client's brand
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high level of German (C1 written and oral)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- The ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
