Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's administrative needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings with executives and other staff members
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact lists, files, and records
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and memos to support business decisions
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and data analysis
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and project coordination

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
