What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
  • Resolving escalated or complex calls with empathy and a customer-centric approach
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to apply it in a customer-facing context
  • A quiet, private workspace with a high-speed internet connection (>25mbps) and a hardwired connection to your home router
  • A flexible schedule and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
