Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Making Outgoing Calls, Emails, Texts, and Chats from Client: Engage with clients through various communication channels, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries and concerns.

  • Update Client Info and Keep Records Accurate: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, ensuring seamless communication and support.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
