As a key member of our retail stores, you will play a vital role in helping customers navigate the TSA Precheck process and other federal or state programs, providing a seamless and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a TSA Enrollment Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in our retail stores, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all customers
- Helping customers navigate the TSA Precheck process and other federal or state programs, providing guidance and support throughout the application process
- Verifying customer identity, scanning required documents into our database system, and taking passport photos
- Completing customer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes, and paperwork
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment
- Engaging with customers to present products and solutions that meet their needs, driving sales and revenue growth
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
Essential Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
- Customer service-related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of TSA Precheck or other federal or state programs
- Familiarity with biometric and data capture processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
