Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at Blithequark's Centurion Parlor, located in the JFK International Airport. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Card Members, providing a seamless and personalized experience that exceeds their expectations. Your expertise, enthusiasm, and passion for customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
  • Providing exceptional support and service to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and exceed Card Member expectations
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive experience for Card Members
  • Providing travel, card, and lifestyle support to Card Members, including making reservations and recommendations
  • Working closely with our food and beverage partners to ensure Card Members' needs are met
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about Blithequark's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software systems and the ability to adapt to new technology
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, including reservation experience
  • A background in customer service or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • A passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
  • A strong understanding of Blithequark's products and services, as well as our brand values and mission
