Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst to join our Workforce Activities team. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations to drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our workforce management strategies, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improvement
- Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain records for senior leadership and stakeholders to inform decision-making
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain knowledge and skills through self-improvement, team training, and customer (internal) feedback
- Direct and guide senior leadership and direct reports to drive business growth and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job (e.g., business, operations management, data analysis)
- 3 years of work experience in a related field (e.g., workforce management, operations management, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Experience in workforce management and operations management
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Experience in project management and process improvement
- Strong understanding of business operations and customer satisfaction
