Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling all aspects of work related to tagging and reserving a spot for travelers, including labeling and lifting traveler's luggage to a sack belt for conveyance to the slope
  • Proactively welcoming clients, surveying their needs, making sense of blithequark's accessible innovation choices, and guiding them suitably
  • Emphatically influencing clients' utilization of air terminal innovation to guarantee a superior, quicker, and more amicable air terminal experience for all clients
  • Showing a positive picture of blithequark
  • Keeping clients informed while guaranteeing administration conveyance
  • Productively facilitating with inside assets while working under tension and time limitations to dispatch trips on time
  • Playing out different obligations as indicated by the practical workspace task; be that as it may, specialists might be cross-used and be expected to carry out all roles

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be conversant in English and Spanish in both spoken and written correspondence, with Catalan also attractive
  • To have appropriate work approval to work in Spain at the hour of applying
  • To be able to work a fixed or potentially turning plan including evenings, nights, ends of the week, and occasions
