Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support through inbound calls, chats, and emails

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions, often with minimal downtime
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
  • Effectively listen to and empathize with customers to understand their concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a Windows-based environment or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
