Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the face of blithequark in our Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our premium clients, providing personalized assistance with travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services. With a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations, you'll be the ultimate ambassador of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage with clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor

  • Provide exceptional support and service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a proactive and personalized manner
  • Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Offer travel counsel and make reservations on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet client requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, always putting the client's experience at the forefront

Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or high-end environment

  • Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully, providing personalized solutions to client needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
