Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and general inquiries, while also handling and resolving customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
