Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for performing information section and patient enrollment tasks, answering high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct supervision. You will observe guideline working methods and perform obligations as per blithequark's strategies and methodology. Your duties may change based on the assigned department.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize blithequark's solution information section strategies and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper framework.

• Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA rules and enter top-off orders for handling.
• Investigate to get missing solution data, and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes).
• Settle all information section-related special cases.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
• Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities.
• Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Certificate or GED.
