The Role
As an Account Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and market development for our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts.
- Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join the ecommerce and maximize our products' selection facet & customer base.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the 3P market in the USA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive growth and market development.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve seller performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve vendor problems.
- Analyze and report on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to inform business decisions.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
- Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs.
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
