Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Live Chat Manager when necessary
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Keyboarding and internet experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
  • An upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Ability to compose professional emails

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Available Shifts and Compensation

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with available shifts all days of the week. Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and performance.
