What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively, adhering to our strict data protection policies
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Appropriately communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

What is Required (Qualifications):

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and reliable equipment
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and speed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
