Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Online Market Research and Customer Service, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Email Customer Service in an online ticket response system
- Communicating with clients using best-answer templates
- Performing various online data entry tasks, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online jobs
- Working independently on a home computer with a high level of proficiency
- Utilizing your own 3G or 4G secured systems for data entry work
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and data entry tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Computer Literacy: Intermediate level of computer proficiency, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working on a PC or MAC
