As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Verifying insurance information to ensure accurate coverage and benefits
  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and teamwork
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and claims processing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in dental insurance and claims processing + Comprehensive understanding of dental insurance plans, policies, and procedures + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach + Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous + Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience working in a customer-facing role in the dental insurance industry + Knowledge of dental insurance software and systems + Certification in dental insurance or a related field (e.g., CDP, CIC)
