As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with a wide range of questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat, utilizing information accessed through our computer systems.

  • Review employee accounts and answer questions based on established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge of assigned projects' programs and services through ongoing classroom and computer-based training.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with minimal guidance, utilizing your problem-solving skills and expertise.
  • Possess a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when dealing with all types of customers.
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced call center environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional conversational and problem-solving skills, ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • US work authorization required.

Schedule and Availability

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. You'll be required to start in our offices in Morrow, GA for 5-10 days to receive your equipment and begin training. You must live in the immediate area to accept this position.
