Key Responsibilities:

As a part-time remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately processing transactions, including cash, checks, and credit card payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including daily bank deposits and cash reports
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Familiarity with operational processes and procedures, including cash handling and transaction processing
