Key Responsibilities

As a SaaS-Customer Experience Manager (Sales) at blithequark, you will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and presenting solutions that meet those needs. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying potential customers: Conduct research, attend trade shows, and network with industry professionals to develop a list of potential leads.
  • Understanding customer needs: Listen to customers, ask questions, and gather information to develop a thorough understanding of their business and how software solutions can help them.
  • Presenting solutions: Prepare presentations and demos, highlight the benefits of the software, and address any concerns or objections the customer may have.
  • Negotiating and closing deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers and close deals to generate revenue for the company.
  • Building and maintaining relationships: Follow up with customers after a sale, provide ongoing support and assistance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in order to provide the most relevant solutions to customers and remain competitive in the marketplace.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, negotiate solutions, and build positive relationships.
  • Technological savvy, with a passion for constant disruption and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Faultless follow-up skills to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Ability to hold yourself accountable while working remotely.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Previous sales experience is not necessary, as we have a full-scale training schedule to support your success.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and Marketing Automations.
  • Strong social media presence and community advocacy skills.
  • Ability to travel to industry events in cities like Vegas, Dallas, and Orlando.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential, ranging from $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Schedule and Work Location
